At Uber, I managed cash operations across 18 LATAM markets, reviewing forecasts and liquidity needs for multiple legal entities and business lines. I coordinated payment approvals, intercompany funding and cash repatriation with global Treasury and Finance teams.
At Cornershop by Uber, I built the regional treasury function as the business expanded from 2 to 8 markets. I oversaw cash forecasts, funding availability, bank reconciliations and payments, and supported the integration of treasury operations with Uber systems.
In March 2023, I identified early risk signals at Silicon Valley Bank and helped coordinate the transfer of more than US$20 million before account restrictions. I also worked with Technology and Operations to improve payment workflows and supported audit and control requirements.
Earlier at Groupon, I led an eight-person Accounts Payable and Treasury team and supported a LATAM NetSuite migration focused on Brazil. I now collaborate with businesses as an external consultant on cash flow preparation and participate in pre-seed startup projects as co-founder and COO of CUMI and PIMM.
