I am looking for senior roles in financial services where I can lead risk, asset management and operational transformation with a focus on sustainable, data‑driven outcomes.

I am a strategic Banking & Finance executive with over 18 years of pan‑European leadership experience in risk management, asset resolution and operational transformation. I combine hands‑on delivery of multi‑million euro initiatives with a passion for ethical consumer finance and sustainability in digitalisation.

As Group Operations Director and Investment Director I designed operational governance, risk‑based investment frameworks and allocation methodologies that materially improved portfolio performance and reduced cost‑to‑collect. I led greenfield operations launches and negotiated servicing agreements with major banks and international investors.

I have led teams across analytics, internal audit, compliance and operations, implemented AI/ML credit risk models, stress‑testing frameworks and banking licence processes, and managed business continuity across 20+ EU entities through crisis scenarios including COVID‑19.
