What I'm looking for

I'm looking to bring my data-driven project management and artist development experience to music-industry work spanning A&R, marketing, artist strategy, and live operations.

I’m Cristina, a Project Manager with experience in team coordination, operations, and end‑to‑end project execution. I thrive in dynamic environments where communication, structure, and creativity work hand in hand.

In parallel, I’m developing my career in the music industry through a Master’s in Music Business at IMB School and by collaborating on small creative projects. I’m currently representing an emerging artist, supporting her in planning, organization, and career development. This experience is allowing me to combine my management background with creative direction and talent development.

My goal is to apply my skills in planning, coordination, and execution to music projects, festival coordination, and creative events.
