At Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, I serve as business owner for the Away from Home Care Program, providing operational, administrative, and governance oversight. I work with Blue Plans, enterprise partners, and vendors to support alignment and compliance.
I lead audit readiness activities in support of CMS and HIPAA requirements and manage bi-monthly Financial Net Settlement processes. I also drive Salesforce enhancements and provide hands-on user support.
As a Consultant, I supported Medical Record Retrieval initiatives, including HEDIS, MRA, HRADV, and CRA. I coordinated with vendors and Plan stakeholders on collection operations while supporting regulatory readiness and secure handling of medical records.
Earlier, as an Associate Consultant, I managed the Print-on-Demand Provider Directory program in compliance with CMS requirements. I coordinated vendor performance and issue resolution, and supported system usability and process improvements.
