I'm Brianna Ross, a driven and multifaceted individual with a passion for psychology and singing. Currently, I'm pursuing my Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Texas Tech University, with an expected graduation in 2027. My academic background includes an Associate's degree in Commercial Music from South Plains College.

My professional experience spans across various industries, including customer service, data entry, and ride-sharing. As a CSR at Convergys, I honed my troubleshooting and sales skills, earning high reviews from customers. I later transitioned to a Captioning Assistant role, where I assisted the deaf and hard of hearing with phone conversations. Additionally, I've worked as a Ride Sharer for Uber, ensuring safe and timely transportation for passengers for surplus income.

I possess a range of skills, including typing, data entry, Microsoft Office, SPSS, intermediate knowledge of HTML, and beginner knowledge of CSS. I'm also an advanced organizer with excellent inter-communication skills. I'm excited to combine my skills and passions to make a positive impact in the world.
