I’m a results-driven Senior Project Manager focused on large-scale experiential events, taking projects from creative inception through fabrication, vendor coordination, and full event activation. With 13 years in entertainment production, I consistently deliver high-end, quality builds while strengthening client retention and repeat business.

I scale operations for complex productions across sports, broadcast, fashion, and live entertainment—owning multimillion-dollar budgets, custom fabrication workflows, parts/material sourcing, and union crew execution (SAG-AFTRA, IATSE, Teamsters). I lead high-pressure, deadline-driven logistics to keep delivery standards on track across simultaneous workstreams.

As the owner of Bad Birdy Corp, I’ve driven growth from $2M to $36M by becoming an integral partner for specialized expertise in 3D rendering, fabrication, vendor negotiation, and end-to-end production management. My production leadership includes 500+ productions and major credits such as multiple Super Bowl activations, Coachella, Rolling Loud, Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve, and large-format holiday and editorial productions.

In addition to execution, I act as the on-site liaison across city officials, security teams, broadcast engineers, and executive stakeholders—managing permitting, credentialing, talent logistics, and compliance while protecting timelines and budget integrity. I bring cross-functional leadership, structured mentoring, and operational excellence to ensure teams and partners succeed together.
