What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a project or operations administration role where I can coordinate documentation, financial processes, reporting, procurement, and schedules while improving workflows and supporting cross-functional teams.

At K-Line Maintenance & Construction, I support electrical transmission and distribution projects across Alberta and Saskatchewan through project documentation, reporting, financial administration, procurement, scheduling, and closeout activities.

I prepare daily reports, LEM documentation, payroll summaries, billable reporting, invoicing, AP/AR processing, and HSEQ reports. I also establish project structures in Sage, SharePoint, and Procore and keep project managers and field teams updated.

Previously at Benevity, I processed payment files for six foundation partners, verified cross-border disbursements, resolved discrepancies, and created process documentation. I’ve also improved operations through reporting, data analysis, workflow optimization, and a paperless order-management system that reduced paper-related costs by approximately $2,000 per month.
