What I'm looking for
I’m a Fulfillment Department Lead who thrives in fast-paced environments where efficiency and attention to detail matter. I manage high-volume order coordination and complex delivery routing across multiple systems, keeping operations moving with consistency and care. Selected to the corporate fulfillment council, I also collaborate on larger operational strategies to streamline fulfillment processes and improve efficiency.
My academic foundation is a Bachelor of Applied Science in Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management, and I bring that mindset to every coordination challenge. I’m self-motivated and goal-oriented, focused on taking projects from concept to successful completion while staying organized under pressure.
In emergency management work, I supported real-world operations through critical 24/7 State Emergency Operations Center (SEOC) activations for major disaster responses, where fast and efficient logistics coordination was vital. I also handled key administrative projects—developing high-school program databases and supporting grant application processes—requiring strict attention to detail and seamless cross-agency collaboration.
Alongside logistics and emergency preparedness, I’ve built strong customer-facing and teamwork skills through full-time service work and community support. I’ve coordinated donations, managed volunteer efforts, and contributed to emergency preparedness initiatives—always leaning into open dialogue, diverse perspectives, and collaborative problem-solving.
