At Dickinson Soccer Club, I lead daily operations for a nonprofit youth sports organization, coordinating registration, scheduling, events, equipment, and program logistics.
I coordinated the migration from Sports Connect to SportsEngine, including implementation, testing, user training, communications, and platform adoption. I also administer the website and develop policies, documentation, and procedures.
At Rise Property Brokers, I coordinate real estate transactions from consultation through closing. I manage deadlines and documentation, work with clients and external partners, and negotiate contracts and transaction terms.
At Support Systems, I provided in-home support to youth with disabilities, partnered with families on goals, and trained staff. I also taught small-group and individual social skills lessons as a Special Education Paraprofessional at Dickinson Public Schools.
