What I'm looking for

I'm looking to further develop my career in systems analytics, with a focus on data analysis and financial analysis.

At BlueCross BlueShield NC, I analyze daily account reports in the FACETS database, validate billing, delinquency terminations, and refunds, and resolve member billing escalations.

I've built logic-based Excel filters using VBA and created monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. I also use Oracle Business Objects queries to identify errors and determine their scope.
