I’m an armed security officer who delivers a professional, secure environment for personnel, clients, and assets. I conduct patrols, monitor surveillance systems, and respond to alarms and security incidents, while preparing detailed incident reports and coordinating with law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary. I also maintain firearms proficiency and defensive tactics skills.

Before security, I served as a Driver Trainer at Brinks, where I trained and mentored new drivers on safety protocols, secure transport procedures, and customer service standards. I led ride-alongs and evaluations to ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company security requirements, and I helped develop training materials while supporting driver certifications with leadership. Through consistent coaching and feedback, I promoted a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence.

I bring strong customer service leadership from Walmart, where I led and supported associates, resolved escalated concerns, and improved front-end operations to reduce wait times. I’m bilingual in Creole/English and focused on excellent verbal and written communication, detailed organization, multi-tasking, decision-making, and data entry using Microsoft Suite.
