I'm an operations and program management leader with over 20 years of experience building, running, and scaling cross-functional teams from boutique studios to global divisions of 50+ people spread across multiple continents and time zones. My background spans production management, P&L ownership, vendor and budget oversight, and process design, most recently as VP of Production & Operations at a global XR company and now as founder of my own AI-driven production studio.

I specialize in taking ambiguous, fast-moving projects and turning them into repeatable, well-documented workflows — including designing and rolling out AI-assisted processes that cut delivery timelines by more than 60%. I'm comfortable managing distributed teams asynchronously, coordinating stakeholders across regions, and adapting quickly to new tools and technology.
