I’m looking to lead enterprise customer success for mission-critical tech, partnering with SLED teams on complex implementations, technical validation, and measurable long-term value—while building next-gen DFR/autonomous flight programs.

I’m a mission-driven Customer Success Leader with 8+ years of experience managing strategic enterprise portfolios, from SLED (State, Local, and Education) to large-scale implementation programs. I specialize in guiding complex customers through technical validation, performance execution, and measurable long-term value realization.

At KNOCK CRM by RealPage, I served as a strategic partner to 17+ enterprise-level property management companies, maximizing the value of their digital investments through quarterly performance reviews. I led 15+ full-scale technical implementations of bi-directional integrations to reduce data latency, owned end-to-end renewal processes, and coordinated cross-functional engineering and product feedback into actionable feature requests.

Before that, at G5 by RealPage, I helped grow and sustain major client relationships—earning the President’s Club Award for the most significant book of business growth during a global pandemic. My foundation also includes Public Safety and Law Enforcement experience (including Deputy Sheriff training), and I’m currently obtaining my FAA Part 107 certification to support next-generation autonomous flight and Drone as First Responder (DFR) programs.
