At Expedia Group, I investigate newly onboarded accommodation suppliers and listings for fraud and other risk indicators. I analyze customer behavior, purchasing patterns, transaction activity, and behavioral signals to distinguish legitimate activity from suspicious behavior.

Previously at Tabella, I managed VIP customer relationships while monitoring account activity, preferences, and behavior to improve retention, engagement, and customer satisfaction. I coordinated with Payment, Customer Support, and Risk teams to resolve complex account issues.

As a Fraud Specialist, I investigated suspicious customer accounts, deposits, withdrawals, transactions, and payment activity. I documented findings, made risk-based account decisions, and escalated higher-risk cases for further review.

I bring experience across fraud detection, transaction monitoring, e-commerce operations, CRM case management, and international customer service. I work comfortably in English, German, Russian, and Czech.
