I’m looking for a role where I can apply my rigorous QA mindset and AI training experience (LLM evaluation, RLHF/DPO, rubrics, annotation) to ensure accuracy, safety, and quality—while contributing to your team’s success.

I’m an AI Training & Quality Analyst with seven years of experience in the French Army and in aircraft maintenance, where I built strong technical expertise and performed reliably in demanding, high-pressure environments. I’ve also led and trained teams (7 to 28 people), focusing on safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Since October 2025, I evaluate and optimize AI-generated responses to ensure accuracy and quality. I’ve worked on LLM model optimization using RLHF and DPO methodologies, created detailed rubrics, audited peer contractor outputs, and supported multimodal data annotation (text, audio, image). I also bring linguistic and audio QA strength through high-quality translation, transcription, prompt creation, and audio quality review—ensuring clarity, guideline compliance, and the detection of fraud or policy violations.
