I’m looking for a role in Business Application Support – Customs & Border Control where I can strengthen system reliability, resolve issues fast, optimize customs-related user experience, and ensure compliance and regulatory alignment through continuous improvement.

I’m a procurement and logistics professional with over 8 years of experience across customs, border control, and international trade compliance. I manage cross-border logistics, vendor negotiations, and regulatory compliance—ensuring operations run smoothly from clearance through documentation.

I’ve supported customs and border control business applications with a strong focus on reliability, change control, and incident/problem resolution. I translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver effective first- and second-line support to end users, including training and user documentation.

My experience includes enforcement and cargo monitoring work: analyzing scanned cargo to identify misdeclaration and tax evasion risk, confirming correct duties/taxes collection, and coordinating movement to reduce transit time. I also generate operational reporting and ensure strict adherence to trade laws and border security expectations.

I’m especially driven to streamline customs-related processes, drive out inefficiencies, and strengthen risk mitigation practices. Now, I’m seeking a role in Business Application Support – Customs & Border Control (and procurement/logistics within customs) to support mission-critical operations through compliance, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
