I’m looking for a fast-paced, globally distributed SaaS/tech team where I can lead operations and people strategy—scaling remote teams, strengthening onboarding and CRM workflows, and driving churn down while keeping CSAT high.

I’m a results-driven Operations & People Manager with 8+ years of progressive experience building and scaling remote teams, designing people programs, and driving operational excellence across SaaS, EdTech, and B2B environments. I co-founded and operationalized E-Africa Services, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, team leadership (50+ people), platform delivery, and a 2,000+ member professional community—while consistently focusing on structure, empathy, and execution.
