I’m looking for a role where I can build dependable Workato/iPaaS API integrations, validate data end to end, and improve reliability through monitoring and troubleshooting—collaborating closely with both technical and business teams to deliver smoothly.

I’m an Integration Developer focused on iPaaS, API integrations, and Workato automation—turning REST/SOAP data into reliable, analytics-ready flows across retail, CRM, ERP, ticketing, marketing, and reporting systems.

In my current role, I build and support 6 to 8 Workato recipes connecting Retail Pro POS, Salesforce CRM, SAP Business One, Snowflake, Mailchimp, Slack, and Teams. I synced customer records from POS to Salesforce using scheduled triggers, duplicate checks, required field validation, and failed record logging, reducing manual validation effort by 30%.

I’m hands-on with API testing and validation: I test REST payloads in Postman, check OAuth behavior, validate JSON/XML structures, handle pagination and rate limits, and ensure source-to-target mappings stay consistent. I also monitor failed jobs, troubleshoot integration errors, and improve resilience using retry/catch/notify patterns driven by job history and structured exception notes.

I enjoy collaborating with technical and business teams through the full lifecycle—from requirements review and UAT support to release management, production validation, and runbooks. Earlier, I worked part-time as an Integration Developer / Data Analyst, cleaning Salesforce exports, validating missing/duplicate IDs, and preparing Excel/Power BI validation reports to strengthen data accuracy end to end.
