At uPerform, I operate production AWS infrastructure for a multi-tenant SaaS platform, with environments provisioned as code using CloudFormation. I run CodePipeline and CodeBuild releases across every environment and share a 24x7 on-call rotation.
I built certificate expiration monitoring and alerting across AWS accounts, and automated operational work with PowerShell, Python, Lambda, and Step Functions. I also led an Aurora PostgreSQL upgrade from version 13 to 16 and upgraded on-prem Windows Server VMs.
At UPS Supply Chain Solutions, I built and operated infrastructure for Azure PaaS applications and created a C# and PowerShell deployment GUI that cut the GWS AI team's daily deployment time by 80%. I hold AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate, AWS Certified Developer – Associate, and Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certifications.
