What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an opportunity to support reliable IT operations, accurate data handling, and efficient administrative or technical work while continuing to grow professionally. I’m interested in spreadsheet preparation, Microsoft Excel, data entry, mathematical calculations, and organising information in clear tables.

At Hanan Wi-Fi Internet, I installed and maintained Wi-Fi equipment, configured routers, and helped troubleshoot connectivity and network-access problems. I also supported basic computer troubleshooting and system maintenance.

At Black King Accessories, I manage day-to-day business operations and carry out mobile-phone hardware and software repairs within my technical capability. I also support minor electrical installation tasks and coordinate customer enquiries, service delivery, and follow-up.
