I am a Tech Coordinator who combines automation expertise with a background in physical therapy and hospitality. I focus on creating efficient digital workflows while keeping client experience and human-centered service at the core of my work.

At Gigaleads Oü I identify and evaluate software tools, integrate marketing platforms, and develop customized automation workflows to meet client needs. I execute email marketing campaigns, monitor campaign performance, and perform testing and optimization using tools like Zapier and Make.com.

My earlier experience includes patient assessment and rehabilitation planning from a clinical internship, and hands-on business operations as owner/manager of a water refilling station where I managed inventory, staff, compliance, and customer service. Those roles strengthened my operational, training, and customer-facing skills.

I bring a pragmatic, service-oriented approach to technology projects and enjoy training teams, resolving technical issues, and keeping systems current. I hold a Zapier Automations certificate and have applied my skills to hospitality projects such as an Airbnb listing.
