What I'm looking for
I’m a motivated Culinary Arts student at VIVES University of Applied Sciences in Bruges, currently looking for a third-year internship in a fine dining restaurant. I’m especially drawn to refined cooking, precise mise en place, plating, and pastry and desserts.
Through my studies, practical training, and work experience, I’ve developed a solid foundation in classical cooking techniques, kitchen organization, teamwork, hygiene, and service preparation. I’ve also taken responsibility for dessert preparation and presentation, trained on fundamental and advanced culinary techniques at De Karmeliet, and built the discipline to stay clean, efficient, and organized under pressure.
