At FICO, I built a Claude-based workflow that turns Jira requirements and Buf/Protobuf specifications into structured API test suites. It cut test design time from 2 days to 2 hours for 8 QA engineers.
On FICO’s Python Model Execution platform, I created an on-demand k6 GitHub Actions workflow that validated 4 models concurrently across environments, reducing performance testing from 5–6 hours to under 30 minutes. I also developed Java-based Kubernetes automation for backup and restore validation.
On FICO’s Strategy Director platform, I managed a 3-member QA automation team and established a Root Cause Analysis framework adopted across 4 engineering teams. It reduced production defect leakage by 90%.
In personal projects, I built VivaPrep, a RAG interview coach that answers from study notes with citations, and PantryPal, a recipe platform with dietary and recipe-output guardrails. I’m currently deepening my Python, MCP, and AI agent development skills.
