What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote administrative or volunteer coordination role where I can apply my documentation, scheduling, data entry, follow-up, and Google Workspace skills to keep work organized and on schedule.

I’ve supported daily financial and administrative operations for a family retail business in Haiti, managing cash transactions, sales reports, invoices, receipts, and payment records.

I keep financial trackers current, follow up on outstanding balances, and support inventory purchasing and expense tracking while maintaining organized documentation.

I’ve strengthened my remote administrative foundation through Virtual Assistant Training from Alison and Google Workspace Essentials certification. I’m comfortable using Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, and Drive for scheduling, correspondence, recordkeeping, and follow-up.

I bring over five years of administrative and financial support experience, along with clear written communication in French, Haitian Creole, English, and Spanish. I’m eager to contribute reliable, deadline-conscious coordination support in a remote role.
