What I'm looking for

I'm looking to improve how people adopt and use AI, automation, and enterprise technology by redesigning workflows, building practical enablement, and keeping human judgment, security, and measurable outcomes at the center.

At 1-800-Flowers, I redesign security and operational workflows so teams can act on the work that matters. I helped reduce a vulnerability backlog from roughly 14,000 to 4,000 by implementing ownership-based routing, actionable dashboards, and user training.

I build practical AI-enabled processes with human judgment at the center, including Microsoft Copilot reporting, Purview DLP controls for enterprise ChatGPT, and a Python GitLab-to-Nucleus integration. I evaluate technology against real operational needs, improve adoption through training and knowledge resources, and stop initiatives when overlapping tools or unclear accountability make them the wrong fit.

Earlier, I spent 11 years designing hands-on technical learning for adult students, turning complex topics into practical labs, job aids, simulations, and realistic troubleshooting exercises.
