At New Era Technology, I lead the integration of AI-driven workflows into production environments. I secure LLM, RAG, and AI agent integrations by mapping data flows and trust boundaries, and controlling which company data each AI can reach.
I also wrote generative AI and LLM security standards and acceptable-use policies, translating emerging risks into practical guidance. My work includes designing enterprise security strategies and developing hardening standards for Windows Server and virtualized environments.
Earlier, I served as incident commander at Favorite Healthcare Staffing for production outages, failovers, and ransomware containment. Across healthcare, Honeywell, and Park University, I worked on secure system integration, privileged access, incident response, and infrastructure hardening; I also hold an MIT xPRO certificate in Designing and Building AI Products and Services.
