What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a challenging position in the mortgage or financial industry with opportunities for advancement, where I can apply digital technology, customer relations, training, and financial operations experience.

At RE/MAX-Motto Mortgage, I support independent mortgage brokerages across the US and Canada by resolving technology issues and delivering white-glove training for broker/owners and loan officers.

After six months in management, I created and led an internal training program for incoming specialists and managers, improving onboarding. I bring experience managing both small and large teams and explaining complex technical problems to non-technical audiences.

Previously at Electro Savings Credit Union, I controlled delinquent loan accounts, recovered collateral, produced collection reporting for the Board of Directors, and processed loans from application through disbursement with accuracy and compliance.
