I’m looking for a bookkeeping/accounting role where I can maintain accurate financial records, run bank reconciliation, support accounts payable/receivable, and prepare timely financial reports using QuickBooks Online and Excel.

I’m a detail-oriented Bookkeeper who maintains accurate financial records, prepares timely financial reports, and supports day-to-day accounting operations. I’ve built a strong understanding of the complete accounting cycle, including bookkeeping and financial reporting procedures.

As an Operation Head at SUCC Multipurpose Cooperative, I finalized reports including Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, Accounts Receivable Portfolio, and Accounts Receivable Aging. I monitored Accounts Receivable Aging reports, reduced overdue accounts through proactive follow-ups, and managed the full cycle Accounts Receivable process from billing and collections to account reconciliation.

Earlier, as an Accounting Specialist, I assisted in establishing accounting systems, organizing the Chart of Accounts, and entering historical financial transactions and balances into accounting software. I processed and managed 500+ financial transactions monthly, resolved financial discrepancies before month-end closing, and maintained accuracy and completeness in recordkeeping and transaction processing.

I’m proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with hands-on internship experience using QuickBooks Online for transaction recording, bank reconciliations, and financial report preparation.
