I currently work as a Reconciliation Officer, focused on the daily reconciliation of transactions across general and sub ledgers, including suspense accounts and float accounts. I identify and treat irregular transactions, and I help ensure timely daily confirmation of settlement received from processors.

Previously, I worked as a Network Operation Center Operative, where I performed daily analysis of sites uptime and down time and reviewed causes to support faster, smarter recovery. I escalated major issues to on-site engineers, monitored mean time to repair, and delivered detailed daily reports to help the organization make efficient use of available resources.

I also bring experience from teaching and engineering environments. As a Mathematics Teacher, I actively instructed students, created lesson plans, assigned and corrected homework, and communicated with parents while supporting standardized testing. Earlier, as an Engineering Trainee, I built fundamentals through troubleshooting, acclimatization to industrial/corporate working conditions, and high-pressure performance, supported by my cyber-security and network security training.
