I am an experienced Front End Development Manager who leads high-performing engineering teams to modernize web architectures and deliver scalable, accessible digital products. I have deep expertise in React, TypeScript, frontend architecture, and WCAG accessibility standards, and I prioritize mentoring, hiring, and building strong engineering cultures.

Throughout my career I have managed teams of frontend engineers, driven micro frontend and component library initiatives, led major accessibility redesigns to WCAG 2.1 AA, and championed Agile and TDD practices to improve delivery predictability and code quality.
