At the Province of Surigao del Sur, I built E-PDS for 500+ civil-servant records and a tourism dashboard that replaced paper and Excel.

I cut report load times by about 60% by fixing N+1 queries and adding indexes. I also wrote an offline Whisper transcriber that the provincial board still uses for confidential sessions.

As a freelance software engineer, I built a law firm case management platform solo in four months. Up to 10 attorneys and staff use it daily instead of spreadsheets.

I also created a multi-campus data hub that’s live on all four campuses of a state university, with ONLYOFFICE editing. I wrote Go services for resumable uploads, ClamAV virus scanning, and X.509 PDF signing.
