What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead educational, recreational, entertainment, or guest-experience programs where I can develop engaging activities, manage teams and operations, build relationships, and create memorable experiences that support customer satisfaction and organisational growth.

I'm currently supporting onboard entertainment and guest engagement at Norwegian Cruise Line, managing Cruise Staff schedules, daily activities, sales, administration, and financial data for Bingo, paid gameshows, and entertainment packages.

Across NCLH Regent Seven Seas, I've led Youth Programs for three summer seasons, delivering educational and recreational activities while overseeing safety compliance, risk assessments, staff scheduling, voyage reporting, and inventory control.

Previously, I built customised school immersion programs at Leap Immersion Camps and planned activities for international English-language students at LTC Language Teaching Center. I enjoy creating memorable experiences that strengthen learning, community, customer satisfaction, and revenue.
