At Discover Financial Services / Capital One, I implemented out-of-band authentication, replacing security questions with a more secure service. I also led the migration of a team AWS application to a new account, developing and testing supporting code and configuration files.
I respond to production incidents, investigate customer-reported issues, and develop and deploy solutions. I’ve also created Splunk dashboards and transitioned a repository to Optimizely / OpenFeature, updating automated tests and runbooks.
