At Johnson & Johnson, I launched GS S2C’s first One-Americas sourcing and contracting model, bringing North America and Latin America under a single operating framework. I lead Logistics and Transportation sourcing across 26 countries and an approximately $675 million portfolio.
Previously, I managed global R&D contracting at Johnson & Johnson and reduced contract cycle time by 50% for the World Without Disease and Lung Cancer Initiative portfolio. At Harris Health System and Harris County, I managed healthcare procurement and created more than $70 million in cost savings and avoidance.
