I'm looking to lead enterprise strategy, healthcare transformation, investment evaluation, and operational performance initiatives where I can partner with executives and Boards to build scalable growth and measurable value.

I've led enterprise healthcare strategy and operations across EIX Consulting, NMC Healthcare, SSM Health, and Hospital Sisters Health System. My work spans investment evaluation, transformation, P&L leadership, growth initiatives, and Board-level advisory.

At NMC Healthcare, I designed a clinical staffing and productivity model that generated approximately AED 86M in annualized expense reduction. I also reduced annualized workforce overtime from AED 25.6M to AED 7.1M and led physician productivity work delivering more than AED 30M in cost reduction.

At SSM Health, I led a $350M behavioral-health portfolio across 10 hospitals, reducing colleague turnover from nearly 50% to under 5% and improving ED response performance from 45% to 98%. I bring 25+ years of leadership and consulting experience across healthcare, corporate strategy, operational performance, and transformation.
