I’m an Assistant Medical Director and board-certified emergency medicine physician who leads urgent care delivery through evidence-based care, coaching, and quality improvement. With an MBA in healthcare and training from my emergency medicine residency, I combine clinical decision-making with operational leadership.
In my current role at Atrium Health, I manage multiple urgent care sites and coach/supervise providers while supporting a float provider pool to maintain care standards for patients of all ages. I’ve also led clinical performance at Teladoc by coaching providers to follow clinical practice guidelines, achieving defined metrics, and improving documentation compliance, including launching a Net Promoter Score workshop for best-practice knowledge sharing.
