I’m a Board Certified Occupational & Environmental Medicine Physician and Occupational Medicine Leader focused on workplace health, regulatory compliance, and consistently exceptional patient care. In my current role as Southern California Medical Director, I provide clinical care (pre-placement physicals, fit for duty exams, surveillance physicals, and DOT exams) while leading regional clinical operations across sites.
I standardize care delivery to improve throughput and efficiency, and I train and mentor physicians and APPs on clinical quality, documentation, and productivity standards. Previously, as State Medical Director and Medical Director of Reliant Urgent Care and Occupational Health, I managed urgent care and occupational injury workflows, launched telemedicine for urgent care and occupational injury patients, oversaw APPs across multiple clinics, optimized billing and pharmaceutical ordering, and even supported the company sale to private equity for an 8-figure deal.
