At Presbyterian Health Plan, I oversee medical policy, utilization management, and quality improvement for a health plan serving over 640,000 members. I chair the Medicare Star Rating and Credentialing Review committees and use analytics to inform clinical strategy, provider performance, and member engagement.
Previously, as Chief Medical Officer at Triad Adult and Pediatric Medicine, I expanded telehealth access across six sites and provided strategic direction for an Epic EMR implementation. My work also includes inpatient medicine, teaching, patient safety and quality improvement, and clinical research; I hold an MD and an MBA in Finance, Healthcare, and Operations.
