At Cape Cod & Islands Community Mental Health Center, I conduct nursing assessments and support patient admissions and transitions into treatment. I also serve as Charge Nurse when higher-level nursing leadership is absent, coordinating nursing operations and supporting continuity of care.
At BAMSI ACCS, I provided case management and community-based nursing for people with mental health conditions and complex healthcare needs. I coordinated care with healthcare professionals, provided crisis support, and oversaw nursing services; earlier, at Mass General Brigham, I provided remote COVID-related telephone triage and assessed employees’ return-to-work eligibility.
