At MacNeal Hospital within Trinity Health System, I provide high-acuity Labor & Delivery care, performing maternal and fetal assessments, reviewing orders and test results, and coordinating care with obstetric, neonatal, pharmacy, social work, and case management teams.

I've also served in charge nurse responsibilities, coordinating staffing by patient acuity, supporting clinical decision-making, and improving patient flow, safety, documentation, and regulatory compliance. I use Epic EHR to document care and am seeking to bring my acute-care clinical review, discharge planning, and care coordination experience to a remote utilization review, clinical review, appeals, medical review, or care management RN role.
