What I'm looking for

I want to transition into a fully remote nursing role where I can apply my bedside documentation expertise to clinical documentation review, utilization review, quality improvement, or care coordination—focused on accuracy, communication, and patient-centered outcomes.

I’m a Registered Nurse with 12+ years of clinical experience across postpartum, newborn nursery, float pool, orthopedic rehabilitation, and medical-surgical care. I’m skilled in clinical documentation, patient education, interdisciplinary collaboration, and electronic medical record management, including chart review, provider order review, and supporting accurate patient records in Epic (Maestro), Meditech, and Sunrise Clinical Manager.

I monitor maternal and newborn status, communicate significant findings to providers, identify changes in condition, and escalate concerns appropriately while supporting continuity of care through transfers and shift handoffs. I’m seeking to transition my bedside experience into a fully remote nursing role supporting clinical documentation review, utilization review, quality improvement, or care coordination.
