@christianlisle
Senior Software Engineer at Capital One who migrated Discover services to AWS with zero downtime and secured PII-handling systems.
United StatesWhat I'm looking for
At Capital One, I migrated Discover services to Capital One's AWS architecture with zero downtime, owning two transaction types through phased migrations and rollback planning. I prevented duplicate ledger postings with idempotency keys in Go and Java, and protected PII with encryption, tokenization, and access limits.
At Source Allies, I designed multi-tenant PostgreSQL APIs and led Agile consulting teams of up to seven engineers. For Principal Financial Group, I re-architected a serverless AWS microservice platform, set security standards using IAM policies and SCPs, and rebuilt CI/CD pipelines, cutting infrastructure deployment time by 43%. I'm eager to bring my regulated-PII experience to public-sector healthcare.
