What I'm looking for

I'm looking to improve financial and business operations through budgeting, reporting, KPI analysis, process improvement, and workflow automation.

I've managed financial planning, reporting, and operational performance across international businesses, including a ~€20M annual budget spanning seven countries at Morgan Philips Group.

At Morgan Philips Group, I built KPI and P&L dashboards, led forecast-versus-actual variance analysis, and automated weekly reporting workflows that saved approximately 80–100 hours annually. At CDC Habitat, I supported cost-control decisions through budgeting, forecasting, monthly income statement analysis, and KPI reporting.

I've also built and scaled transport, logistics, and agribusiness ventures in DR Congo, creating financial oversight, inventory tracking, production, and order-to-delivery processes. I bring fluent English and French communication, financial rigor, and a practical automation mindset using Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Excel.
