What I'm looking for
I’m a retail and hospitality professional who builds strong relationships and communicates clearly to support both teams and customers. I thrive in fast-paced settings where details, standards, and service quality matter.
In my current role as a Bridal Consultant, I lead one-on-one appointments to translate each bride’s vision, style, and budget into confident dress decisions. I advise on silhouettes and fabrics, take accurate measurements, schedule alterations/fittings, and share designer and trend expertise while merchandising the showroom.
Previously, as a Hospitality Manager and Assistant Manager, I backed up store leadership by supporting recruitment, selection, training, and performance management. I handled customer questions and complaints, ensured compliance with company policies and programs, and followed up on results from QA audits, secret shops, and SMG surveys.
I also bring a hands-on track record across retail operations—inventory monitoring, cash handling, scheduling and task assignment, markdowns/markups, and maintaining cleanliness and hospitality standards. I’m currently working toward an Associate of Arts in International Studies, and I’m motivated to keep growing in customer-focused leadership roles.
