What I'm looking for

I seek a role focused on child welfare and family reunification where I can use investigative, case-management, and community-collaboration skills in a supportive, professional environment.

I am a dedicated Family Case Manager with a B.S. in Criminal Justice and hands-on experience in child protection, loss prevention, and retail leadership. I investigate allegations of abuse and neglect, engage families and community partners, and work to reunify or secure permanent, safe outcomes for children.

My background includes roles in asset protection, department management, and youth advising, where I developed strong communication, investigative, and loss-mitigation skills. I prioritize empathy, respect, and professionalism while fostering positive team dynamics and following policy and practice models.

I consistently apply problem-solving and preventative strategies to reduce risk, support clients, and improve operational outcomes. I seek opportunities where I can combine my protective services experience with community collaboration to achieve measurable improvements in child and family well-being.
