I lead enterprise imaging applications and clinical IT teams, drawing on 20 years of Epic and PACS experience alongside a Radiologic Technologist background.
At UT Southwestern, I oversee 100+ imaging applications across Radiology, Cardiology, and ancillary imaging services. I developed a 24/7 embedded Radiologist support model, deployed 125 PACS home workstations, and established enterprise governance for project intake and prioritization.
I've also led Epic Radiant, Cupid, Optime, Anesthesia, and Lumens teams at JPS Health; delivered Radiant implementations for CommonSpirit through Deloitte; and supported optimization, go-lives, training, and workflow discovery across Cook Children's, Baylor Scott & White, and Health Texas Provider Network.
