Led UX for Spend Guard, an AI anomaly detection product: 106% YoY adoption growth, $135M non-compliant spend flagged. Redesigned supplier onboarding (300% adoption). Unified five contract tools.

Owned UX for cloud-connected medical device platforms in an FDA-regulated environment. Designed clinical management and monitoring workflows across web and embedded device interfaces.

Designed data-intensive UX workflows and interaction models for enterprise marketing analytics and attribution dashboards, and created data visualization patterns for non-technical users.

Fundamentals of generative AI in an enterprise context: model capabilities and limitations, grounding models in proprietary data, and the governance requirements of deploying GenAI inside an organization. The enterprise framing is what made it useful, since most of my AI design work happens where trust, auditability and compliance constrain what the model is allowed to do.

NVIDIA Academy's foundational AI course: core AI and machine learning concepts, generative AI, and the emerging frontiers of AI agents capable of autonomous reasoning and decision-making, physical AI in robotics, and the AI factory infrastructure behind them.
