What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a senior or lead role owning product design on complex enterprise software: AI-enabled workflows, data-heavy interfaces, or a design system needing real ownership. I work best as the designer closest to the problem, partnered with engineering and product. Fully remote, across US, EU and Japan time zones. Open to full-time or contract.

Senior product designer, 10+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS across procurement, fintech, healthcare, and analytics. I own UX end to end, research through shipped interface.

At Coupa I led UX for Spend Guard, their AI risk product, turning opaque machine learning signals into decisions finance teams could defend: 106% year-over-year adoption growth and $135M in non-compliant spend surfaced. I rebuilt supplier onboarding (300% adoption growth, profile completion from 6% to 40%) and unified five fragmented contract tools into one platform.

Earlier work includes FDA-regulated clinical software at ICU Medical, marketing analytics workflows at Teradata, and design system work for Actiphy's enterprise backup suite. I've spent most of the last decade on distributed teams across US, European, and Japanese time zones, partnering closely with engineering, product, data, and regulatory counterparts.

Academy Accreditation, Generative AI Fundamentals

2025 - 2025

Fundamentals of generative AI in an enterprise context: model capabilities and limitations, grounding models in proprietary data, and the governance requirements of deploying GenAI inside an organization. The enterprise framing is what made it useful, since most of my AI design work happens where trust, auditability and compliance constrain what the model is allowed to do.
