At University of Bedfordshire, I develop business intelligence and improve estates data across four campuses. I built a Power BI dashboard from more than 30 million Wi-Fi session records and calibrated its occupancy proxy against authenticated-user data.

I also built a Microsoft Fabric and Power BI semantic model, and designed an automated ETL process using the Mist API and Microsoft Power Platform tools. For health and safety reporting, I developed a repeatable Power Query model that combines current and archived records and automates monthly reporting.

At Guy's & St. Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, I developed a forecasting and prioritisation model for space planning and maintained Power BI reporting that integrated Monday.com data. I’ve also worked on estates and IT projects, space and utilisation data, and reporting across healthcare settings.
