What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead growth, operations, and asset-management initiatives where I can build scalable processes, develop teams, manage complex portfolios, and deliver measurable financial and operational results.

I'm directing aircraft and engine asset investments at Source One Spares, managing a multi-million-dollar portfolio across acquisition, leasing, part-out, and disposition to maximize ROI.

Previously at Alpha Aviation, I expanded PW4000, CF6-80C2, and CFM56 engine programs; structured a PW4056-1C lease; and purchased and sold a $3 million CFM56-3 engine within one year. I've also managed repair and overhaul projects through Return to Service, including a 737-700 landing gear overhaul and PW4056-3 engine repair.

Alongside aviation, I grew Evolve United from 7 to 22 fitness locations, built SOPs, and led 100+ employees and contractors. At Buc-ee's, I managed a $130M facility and Lean Six Sigma projects that saved more than $300K annually; my earlier leadership includes IT delivery at General Motors and military construction and QA/QC as a U.S. Army Engineer Officer Captain.
