I coordinate trade and investment infrastructure projects at the Bhutan Chamber of Commerce & Industry, supporting private sector development through research, policy engagement, and project delivery.
As Project Focal for a Nu. 50 million Government of India-funded initiative under Bhutan’s 13th Five Year Plan, I coordinate implementation, monitoring, quarterly reporting, and presentations to the Project Steering Committee. My advocacy secured an additional Nu. 33.5 million in funding.
In the Research and Strategy Department, I contribute to policy and research documents including the Business Regulatory Report, State Land Lease Rate Review Report, private sector engagement work for the 13th FYP, and sector and tourism studies. I also conduct quarterly private sector performance analysis and reporting.
Previously, I led business promotion activities in Gelephu, facilitating trade fairs, business linkages, proposal development, trade facilitation, and public-private dialogue. I initiated the Gelephu Think Tank Business Member network, a model later established across Dzongkhags.
